Thread Headers: URGENT!

From today, Lauren T and I have started to make thread headers for your threads. These headers are important for if the thread ever wins 'thread of the month' and also, well, they look REALLY GOOD. So please, the next time you create a new thread, please either make an image yourself or get one of us to do it. The banners are around 400x250-300 pixels
