Things happen but we don't really know why

MY PERSONALITY:: Desi seems a little shy and she usually stays within the walls of the University. Desi usually doesn't speak up in meetings and such but she does have strong opinions, especially about ethics in this day and age. The only people she really talks to is Ellie and Mallory
MY HISTORY:: Desi was born in 2004, just 14 years before the Beginning. For those 14 years, she was just a normal girl growing up in a small city. Her neighbourhood was small and close-knit, meaning that she knew almost everyone that she lived near. She went to the local schools and played with the other kids who lived near her. Then the zombies started to roam the streets and everything was turned upside down. She first lived in the Hideout for a month or two until Sarge put her on a Raid with Annabel and Matt. She was hysterical and they decided to pay a visit to Ellie and the Uni Survivors.

That very day, Desi was transferred to the Uni where she doesn't go on Raids and mostly just sits in the building, reading and listening to music. She likes to get outside every now and again to stretch her legs, but she never goes far. Sometimes, Ellie's boyfriend Daniel takes a couple of them out to the Redrum bar and they have a few drinks, but that's really one of the only times she sets foot outside the confines of the University building they live in.

However, she spends a lot of time at the V.I.R.U.S HQ, helping the Professors there to find a cure. She is very talented at Chemistry and Biology, so she vonlunteers her time to them and does something productive. The way she sees it is that the Raiders are bringing home things the Uni needs, and she is finding something that humanity as a whole needs.
